Return window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the date your package is marked as delivered by the carrier. After day 30, we are unable to accept a return for any reason.

Eligible items

To qualify for a return, the item must meet one of the following conditions:

  • It arrived defective, damaged, or not as described.
  • It is unused, undamaged, and in its original, complete packaging (including all inner packing materials, tags, and inserts).

Items that show signs of wear, stains, or missing components not related to a manufacturing defect cannot be accepted. We inspect every returned item upon arrival. If an item does not pass inspection, we will send it back to you and will be unable to issue a refund.

How to initiate a return

Do not ship anything back without contacting us first. Email info@lyrres.it.com with your order number and a brief description of why you are returning the item. If the item arrived defective or damaged, attaching one or two clear photos will help us process your case faster. Our support team will respond within one business day with a return authorization and a prepaid return shipping label.

Return shipping cost and fees

Returns are completely free. We provide a prepaid label at no cost to you, and we never charge restocking fees. The cost of return postage is covered by Lyrres.

This address is for merchandise returns only. Any package sent to this address without a valid return authorization number may experience a delay in processing or be refused.

Refund processing timeline

Once the returned package is received at our facility, we will inspect the item within 1 to 2 business days. If the return is approved, we will issue the refund on that same business day. After the refund is issued:

  • The money is returned to your original payment method (the same credit card or PayPal account used during checkout).
  • It typically takes an additional 7 to 10 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the credit to your account. This final step is controlled by your financial institution and is outside our direct control.

You will receive an email confirmation as soon as we initiate the refund. If more than 10 business days have passed since that confirmation and you still do not see the credit, please contact us so we can provide the transaction reference number you can share with your bank.
